Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

• Be in its original condition with all tags attached.

• Be returned in its original packaging.

Items that show signs of wear, perfume, stains, alterations, or damage cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized pieces.

• Gift cards.

• Items marked as Final Sale.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or style, please return your eligible item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Maison Ameera B cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
